Reflection:
Utilize various classroom management strategies during lessons that reduce disruptive behavior as well as keeping them actively engaged in the lesson
implementing & managing learning
I will consistently use class dojo for behavior management or an existing strategy that has been applied by my MST. For example, they to get students attention is start giving them a positive comment or points in classdojo, one students were sitting nicely so I gave him point for sitting nicely, when the students hear the sound of classdojo they start to sit nicely.
I will use turn & talk and other collaborative group strategies during lessons after I’ve given the students questions to answer. Students will work with each other to come up with an answer and share with the class. Using collaborative groups are good effective by teachers in making students learn socially and to communicate with others. AS well as share their learning information and they will understand each other.
Daily
Flash cards to be used and signs in the classroom, clear and simple instructions. various kinds of interesting strategies and technology for using class Dojo and learning songs.
There is an importance of using classroom instructional methods inside the class as that helps in keeping students organized and well managed. Punctual, and quiet. That all agrees with the literature as according to Oliver, (2007) that showed that classroom management instructions manages the teacher to identify students behavior inside the classroom and even that is followed with more support for the students behavior through making them connected with classroom rules and discipline (Oliver, 2007 )

According to Teresa ( 2018 ) ,”an effective use of classroom management Techniques can dramatically decrease the disruptions in your classes.” (Teresa, 2018 ) That shows the importance of classroom management in preventing any sort of disruption in the class .That will be reflected in students learning
It is very important to make students learn in a well-organized teaching and learning environment and that cannot be achieved without organizing and managing the classroom. To achieve that purpose of creating a well-organized and discipline classroom that manage the class, I used class dojo and gave students, a question to answer and I told them to use the turn and talk strategy. That action means talking with their peers with them and that strategy is greatly supportive to students as it made them learn better . Teresa, (2018 ) showed the importance of having a well-organized and managed classroom through rules, instructions and other methods as designing and implementing classroom procedures as that is widely helpful and supportive to students ,learning (Teresa, 2018 )

According to Piaget provided the role of teachers to take care of the surrounding environment and its importance in managing children to interact and communicate with it. In turn, he cared for play and its importance in students learning side by side with visual methods that make students learn better (Saul McLeod, 2015)
